   Tonight I have gone through intro video, 2 training videos, set up video for the idicator, and 3rd Kick Start video dated june 23…..I have several question.
   Q01: am I not supposed to receive ant alerts as part of this service, alerts for entry and alerts to exit? If yes, I have not recived a thing so far.
   Q02. I have never done any charting….I do no know how to set up trading levels or have 4-5 charts of diferent time frame as well as indicator showing the direction of trends and trend reversal on my monitor . Without these chart set ups the I am totally unable to use the service, am I not right?
   Q03. Mike had sent me the the file to install the indicator in my TOS platform…But by accident I deleted it before I could install it….Can I get a downloadble file again?
   Q04. If I can not leran to use the system, system tools or do not know how to set up a charts, levels etc. What is the sense in having this subscription? Can somebody help me to set up the system on computer so that I can utilize the product right away? It would be obvious that I am not very comuter literate to full use this product. What I need is a a trading system that gives me trades, entry price, entry date and exit advice….A service where all I do is use your knowedge to do the trades in future mini contracts.
